DESCRIPTION:Learning the Language of the Human Body\nThere are a lot of misconceptions regarding health\, disease and symptoms. Join Ryan Hysinger\, HHP\, as he breaks down some of these misconceptions and talks about how to interpret the language of the body. The class will be interactive and define health\, disease and symptoms in a much more applicable way. From this foundation\, Ryan will expand on these ideas giving the attendees real life knowledge and application to take control of their health. Towards the end\, the workshop will open up for Q & A for personalized answers about the attendees’ symptoms and what actions to take. \nThis class is taught by Rebekah’s Lake Orion\, wellness coach\, Ryan Hysinger. Ryan has nearly a decade of experience in coaching\, educating and motivating people to attain their health and wellness goals. His passion for health and fitness has led him to acquire multiple certifications and specializations as a Personal Trainer. From this foundation\, he went on to complete the FDN practitioner course and now has his board certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner as well as a certificate as a Health Coach and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. Not only does he have the knowledge from the courses\, but he has a deep passion for learning more about the human body\, how to heal it and helping others. I started experimenting with different recipes trying to come up with something that was gluten-free and nutritious. After many failed attempts and “yuck” faces from my children\, we finally came up with a muffin that was a hit – Sweet Potato Cinnamon with chocolate chips. \nI would make the batter on Sunday and stick it in the fridge. Then every morning I could scoop and bake 3 or 4 muffins they would grab on their way to the bus. On Friday I would bake up all the rest of the batter and deliver hot muffins to people who needed cheering up or public servants that I wanted to treat. They were a hit and everyone wanted to know the recipe. There were some Sunday’s when I couldn’t get the batter made and this put a wrench in our healthy breakfast during the week. Hmmmm….could I make up a bunch of batter and freeze it? Then when I didn’t have a Sunday to devote to the kitchen we’d still have batter to thaw and bake. It worked! We will learn about the different cellular receptors and where they are located to help us understand how our ECS affects so many different parts of our body.\n\nSign up in our store or give us a call at (248) 843-2011\n\n\nWHAT IS CBD? \nCBD\, or cannabidiol\, is a compound found primarily in the flowers and leaves of the hemp plant. It’s one of many powerful cannabinoids found in hemp\, and is known for supporting body and mind in various ways.* \nIS CHARLOTTE’S WEB MARIJUANA?\nNo. Charlotte’s Web comes from hemp plants\, not marijuana. Hemp and marijuana are close relatives\, but not the same. By definition\, hemp contains no more than .3% THC – the psychoactive compound that is found in higher concentration in marijuana. After deriving the cannabinoids from plant parts during our production process\, we’re left with a broad-spectrum hemp extract that retains a range of the phytocannabinoids\, terpenes\, and flavonoids – all of which are found naturally in hemp.
