Rebekah Spencer, HHP, NES Practitioner and Reiki Master
Thanks for stopping by!
Rebekah Spencer is the heart and driving force behind Rebekah’s Health & Nutrition, a Michigan-based wellness company with four thriving locations in Lapeer, Lake Orion, Clarkston, and Grand Blanc. Since opening her first store in 2007, Rebekah has built a trusted brand grounded in integrity, education, and a genuine passion for helping others take control of their health naturally.
A seasoned Holistic Health Practitioner and lifelong student of wellness, Rebekah has dedicated nearly two decades to providing her community with access to therapeutic-grade herbal medicines, nutritional supplements, and natural lifestyle products that go far beyond the industry standard. Her goal has always been simple but powerful: to empower people to understand their bodies, make informed choices, and thrive — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Under her leadership, Rebekah’s Health & Nutrition has grown to become one of Michigan’s leading independent health store chains. She also developed the company’s own Private Label Signature Line — a collection of over 200 premium herbal, vitamin, and nutraceutical formulas made from whole-food ingredients and bottled in amber glass.
Rebekah’s approach to wellness is deeply personal. Having overcome her own health challenges, she uses her experience to inspire others, proving that healing begins the moment you refuse to give up. Whether she’s hosting a health fair, teaching an educational class, or greeting customers in one of her stores, her message remains consistent:
💚 “Take control of your health, and you take control of your life.”
When she’s not guiding her team or mentoring others, Rebekah enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and building their little dream home on Spencer’s Pond. Together, they tend to their bees, share Spencer’s Honey with the community, and find peace in the quiet beauty of nature.
Rebekah also loves to travel — exploring the breathtaking places God created and finding inspiration in the people and landscapes she encounters along the way.
Her life’s work is a testament to faith, resilience, and purpose — and her passion continues to light the way for anyone ready to begin their own wellness journey.

Fantastic!
I want to tell you THANK YOU and your staff for taking the time to speak with my wife. As you can see in the photo I had to get a leather punch and adjust all my belts. It has been 30 years since I was this thin. The last 86lb loss and 85 inches of body mass loss is credited to healthy eating a good food choices.

Outstanding!
Good evening! I just wanted to give u a compliment!! We (my bf and I) just started using your face & body lotion; he got Peppermint (Mojito) and I bought Patchouli (Peace and Love); we love them! His face hasn’t been this soft…ever!! My lotion is wonderful, I am however curious if you have a cream? I know they are thicker and maybe stay on longer? (i wash my hands, not alot, but often) We both enjoy the smells and the feel…I will continue to buy them (at Rebekah’s) and will keep an “eye” out for any new products you might come out with!! Ty again!
Sincerely,
Joan
